Cancellation of Class
Cancellation by Stratus
Stratus reserves the right to cancel any class in advance, upon ten (10) business days notice to the customer.
In the event of cancellation by Stratus, Stratus will either refund any payment made for the cancelled class, or apply any payment toward another class requested by the customer. When considering the cancellation of an instructor-led class due to low enrollment, Stratus will count only those students who have provided a training order, with a check or purchase order as holding seats in that class.
The customer should call the Registrar at (800) 634-2122 or (978) 461-7100 to check the status of a class before purchasing non-refundable airline tickets to attend it. Stratus will not assume responsibility for travel expenses incurred for the purpose of attending a class.
Cancellations, Reschedules and No-Show Policies by Student
Cancellations or reschedules must be received no later than ten (10) working days before the class begins. If a cancellation or reschedule request is received between five (5) and ten (10) working days before the class begins, a penalty of 50% of the tuition will be applied. If a cancellation or reschedule request is received less than 5 working days before the class begins, a penalty of 100% of tuition will be applied.
Course No-Shows are penalized at 100% tuition.
Student substitutions may be made at any time before a class begins.
