Follow-Up Support

If a student has a question on understanding the material covered in class, the student can contact the instructor after class for clarification. If the student requires assistance on the functionality of the Stratus product the student needs to call the Stratus local account team or the Stratus Customer Assistance Center.

On-Line Assistance for Students for ftServer self-study courses provide the students a mentor program to cover questions that can not be anticipated or covered in the course material. The mentors consist of Instructors, course developers and Service support personnel with experience on the product being learned. All questions may be submitted directly from within the course or through separate email. The email address is included with the course material.
